Message from your Professional Staff at Lookout Point Country Club
The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ontario and around the world has raised concerns for everyone in these trying times. The Golf Shop here at Lookout Point Country Club values the well-being of our staff and customers. We want you to know that your health & safety will remain our top priority as this situation continues to evolve.
We want to find a way to remain connected to you, our members during this time. Each week - on Monday’s, we will publish a new episode of our Golf Shop Newsletter. Our goal will be to provide you with information about the products and services we carry and also provide ways that you can interact and connect with us through the content we create. For example, In this week’s Learning Center Corner we continue with the second part of our video series - this time, focused on the HIPS. There are some great tips and exercises that we hope will give you some ideas about things you can be doing at home to be ready to play your best golf in 2020. Additionally, we will attempt to have a weekly form/poll/game for you to interact and engage with. We are going to start with a March Madness style BRACKET Challenge where you can vote on your favorite hole at Lookout Point in a series of head to head matchups. If you have any ideas or suggestions for upcoming content - please don’t hesitate to email any one of the Professional Staff.
One of the biggest challenges for us to is that we aren’t able to talk to you face to face and show you all the great NEW products we are stocking up with this year. In the meantime, we have created the “2020 Golf Shop Guide” which you can view by clicking on the image below. The Guide will open in a new window and you can flip through the pages by clicking on the left and right arrows or go directly to a specific page by clicking on the menu icon on the top right of the screen. This Guide will walk you through a selection of the equipment & apparel that we have available for purchase this season at great member pricing. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Please note: The dates published on Page 3 of this guide were set prior to the onset of Covid - 19. Please disregard the Course Clean Up & Course Opening Dates as these have been updated through our General Manager’s most recent communication. We will have these dates corrected in our guide shortly.
Finally, below are some fact sheets provided by the Public Health Association that we should all be familiar with to understand how to help curb the spread of Covid - 19
Sincerely,
Adam, Ben, Al & Dan
